A visionary coach and operator with more than 34 years of leadership experience, Shamsul has guided CEOs, senior leaders and executives towards peak performance. As founder of the PIE Global Group and former CEO of Domino’s Malaysia, he brings hands-on expertise in translating strategy into business outcomes.

His progression from pizza delivery rider to leading a regional brand of more than 300 stores generating RM600 million in annual revenue shaped his belief in purposeful, influential and exceptional leadership. His work centres on strategic clarity, organisational alignment and developing leaders who deliver results.

Recognised as Asia’s Most Inspiring Executive in 2022, he is also a Certified Professional Manager and is pursuing a DBA at HELP University.

Mahadi has served in executive leadership roles including Group Chief Executive, Group Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director and Deputy General Manager across public-listed companies, government-linked corporations, university-owned enterprises and private-sector organisations.

He also contributes to higher education through industry-based teaching, consultancy, professional training and university collaboration.
